NYSSA Meetings

The November Board of Directors Meeting will be held in the Hudson Valley and provides an opportunity for area snowmobilers to attend.

The meeting will take place at Clarence Fahnestock State Park's Hubbard Lodge, which is located on Route 9, just north of Route 301 in Cold Spring, NY (Putnam County) about 6.5 miles south of Fishkill, NY.

The Executive Committee meets at 8:30 am; all other Committees meet at 10 am; and the luncheon & general BOD meeting begins at 12 noon. We expect the meeting to end by 5:00 pm.

Directions:

>From the North and West:
I-84 East across the Newburgh-Beacon Bridge (Toll = $1.00).
Take Exit 13S for Route 9 (south) in Fishkill. (Hotels are on Route 9 North)
Approximately 6.5 miles south on the left is the entrance to the Hubbard Lodge/Clarence Fahnestock State Park.
(If you come to a traffic light for Route 301, turn around, the park entrance will be just a few hundred feet on your right after you turn around).

>From the South:
Take the Taconic State Parkway to Route 301 West.
West on 301 approximately 6 miles to traffic light at Route 9.
Turn right, entrance to Hubbard Lodge/Clarence Fahnestock State Park is on your right.

On Arrival:
Drive in the gravel entrance and bear left along the road. The Lodge will be on your right.
Parking is along the road.

The Lodge has internet access. Bring outdoor gear and committees can meet on the patio or gazebo. Take a hike on the Appalachian Trail or visit the Butterfly Garden.

Hotels are located in Fishkill, 7 miles to the north.
